Individual Counseling

Individual psychotherapy (counseling) is the collaborative efforts between one person and their counselor. Each therapist at Camelia House takes the uniqueness and individuality of each client into treatment consideration. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can focus on any issue concerning the client. Common issues and concerns addressed in individual therapy include:

  • Depression or feelings of emptiness, loneliness, or numbness

  • Anxiety

  • Stress

  • Work issues

  • Life transitions

  • Time/ money management concerns

  • Difficulty with social or emotional interactions
